Jeff Eden - Eden Acquisitions Group’s principal is Jeff Eden. Jeff has had 30 years of telecommunications experience in the areas of acquisitions, finance and management. Jeff began his career managing cable systems for 5 years, including the Anaheim, California operation. He then moved to the financial side, where he brokered numerous transactions involving telecommunications businesses.
While at Daniels and Associates in Denver Jeff consummated $50 million in cable deals, including a $30 million cable system in Southern California. With Avalon Partners, he brokered $75 million in ISP, telephone and satellite deals, primarily in the Midwest. He sold the largest ISP in Puerto Rico to Puerto Rico telephone for $24 million.
Having participated in the development of a high-speed Internet strategy for the State of Illinois, Jeff has been active in brokering transactions between buyers and sellers of telecommunications companies in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. He is a member of the Illinois Telecommunications Association, Minnesota Telecommunications Association, Telecommunications Association of Michigan and the Wireless Internet Service Providers Association.
Jim Stenger - Jim Stenger is with the Communications, Media and Technology Group of Chadbourne Parke in Washington, DC. He has had years of experience representing clients before the Federal Communications Commission. Jim handles transactions and litigation involving telecommunications companies. He also has experience with the wireless industry, particularly in the area of spectrum allocation. He is a graduate of Georgetown University Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude. Jim provides legal services to Eden Acquisitions Group and it’s clients.
