Our initial objective is to understand your operation, and its unique place in the telecommunications landscape.  Whether and fiber, data center, LEC or wireless, we need to know past, present and future considerations.  An organized and accurate accounting of customer data, service levels, rates, marketing, plant, equipment, leases, and financial data, is the essential foundation to establishing value.

We understand the importance of confidentiality.  Prior to compiling specific due diligence information we execute a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement with each client.  The confidential information remains for solely internal use during our initial valuation assessment.  In the event that an offering memorandum is prepared, it shall not be shared with any party with our the prior execution of an NDA with that party.  In such cases the information shall be solely for use in evaluating the possible transaction contemplated, to be held in the strictest of confidence, and not to be disclosed to any third party whatsoever.
